Kick It For Recovery is an event organized to raise awareness about addiction support, the fentanyl crisis, and to raise funds for scholarships for regional recovery and sober living programs. This event is dedicated to honoring the life of Mike Reitzell. The inaugural Mike Reitzell Memorial Kickball Tournament will be held August 27th, 2022 in Smithton, Illinois.

This can be one of the toughest things you can do when you don't feel confident in yourself and you are constantly battling your addictions to deal with those feelings. Sometimes you critique yourself & feel shy around others when you can't find ways to feel comfortable in your own skin without taking drugs or alcohol, rather than embracing yourself for who you are.

The Five Golden Rules when setting your sobriety goals are: 1) Set goals that motivate you 2) Set SMART goals 3) Put your goals in writing where you can see them every day. 4) Make an action plan 5) Stick with it!
