This is a marketing and sales position with MINIMAL or NO UP FRONT COSTS to our customers. Plan 1, Residential Purchase Your main advantage will be working with a company that is vertically integrated. So, we have an AGGRESSIVE FINANCING MODEL which means a lot less turn downs. Our partners make the panels, install the solar and finance the project. THIS IS RARE. Again, this allows them to have a more aggressive stance on credit and financing. You will make more money because we WILL finance more deals. They have less risk to consider due to the reduced cost of owning the entire operation from start to finish. My job is to help each consultant explain and properly illustrate the obvious. That is the fact that in addition to the environmental attributes, solar is a financially solid return on investment, a hedge against utility rate increases and pays for itself in a short time. The federal incentives coupled with state incentives make my programs the easiest decision ever made for the homeowner. Plan 2, Commercial PPA This program will ultimately lower the clients cumulative utility bills from 50-100% over time. There is NO COST for the commercial client whatsoever, other than the monthly bill we will send (in place of their current bill) for the clean energy our EES produces on the building. Everyone will enjoy the benefits of reducing their collective carbon footprint and dependence on dirty fossil fuels, while also significantly reducing the utility bills. The long term savings will be phenomenal. We will accept projects as low as 10kW. This is another great way to increase your revenue stream. Plan 3, Non-Profit Partnership Due to the nonprofits 501 (c)(3) status, they are unable to take advantage of the tax benefits associated with solar. We do this for them. Without a company such as mine, the initial costs and lack of incentives would preclude them from entering the market. In addition, WE SPECIALIZE IN SMALLER PROJECTS as well, that the big guys won't touch. One of my main missions is to help this client base. This is a contract position and is commission only. Projects will take time to develop and you will need to be prepared for this aspect of the job. The ideal candidate(s) will have varied contacts in the community, be articulate, love to learn and educate others. Most importantly, the ability to think outside of the box and your true belief in what you will be doing will elevate your income.
